At long last I have found a replacement rubber gasket for my slightly perishing air intake rubber. P Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ditto to all of the above. Who posts something like this without specifics of at least where from and how much?
Marc, I witnessed many owners who need a new one (not want ...) because they need to be replaced. I now read that Phil found a supplier ! We all should be very happy. I am sure that if you PM Phil he can help you ...
My guess is Eurospares. I bought a new (NOS) one last year from them, their price (88 pounds at that time) beat anyone else by a long shot. It appears now they are offering a reproduction for PN 124371 at just 39.95 pounds. Listed as "Obsolete Remanufactured Parts". http://www.eurospares.co.uk/searchResult.asp?find=+&S=124371
I purchased 4 of them Tim, one for each of the cars plus a spare. Quality is excellent. They came in unmarked packaging, just a plain plastic bag actually, but they look perfect and for that money, we can all afford to replace our old crap ones.
Great to know the quality is good, I'll pick up a spare as well. Looked at Rutlands and they list for $383.61, I assume that is original not reproduction, don't see anything listed as reproduction.
I have had a replacement sleeve in service, which includes SS clamps, in use, now for 5 years.....$65 (43 GBP) & that included shipping!! Nothing up my sleeve Me Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here's the link to the right part. http://www.eurospares.co.uk/searchResult_one.asp?S=124371&TM=1&TMo=624&TA=1&TB=35131 Order from the top one and you will get that price.
