    Anyone have any info or more pics of this f40? Seems to be a matt black wrap but the bonnet seems to be proper carbon? Can't get any info or more pics easily online

    Agree about the wheels, I don't think the original f40 wheels can ever be bettered, car does look evil, even the Perspex cover on the engine lid seems tinted black, be nice to get more details on the car

    They look like bbs motorsport wheels. I think they look great. Not a big fan of the matte wrap though

    I've seen those wheels before on LM F40's, or other track variants.

    It does suit that car specifically.

    Looks menacing.

    It looks quite good, different on an F40. I've seen those wheels before but I don't favour them. The standard wheels and LM wheels are hard to replace.

    Hi, I got the picture when I googled matt black f40 and these pics up on flikr, can anyone make out the numberplates on the other cars at the event? I notice the f40 has yellow lights which sometimes you see on French spec f40s, I could be wrong?

    Taken in 2011 at the SVL auto show in Aix. Car was prepared by Atelier DG as a show-off. There reportedly was a first hand F40 with more than 55,000 miles on the clock in Aix-En-Provence - could be this one.

    That might just be a matte wrap, it would probably be the only F40 wrapped in that colour.
