Ferraristi Its that time of year once again. Cars on 5th Avenue in Naples is coming up Saturday February 14th...yes Valentines Day. Over 470 cars from 9 different clubs and 10 dealers will be on display. Ferrari of Tampa is our lead and exclusive Ferrari sponsor. If you have never seen this show you should make the effort to experience a very relaxed event in a beautiful setting. And for the show veterans you know this show never disappoints. Come early before the crowds to enjoy the amazing selection. Take some time to see the town. Then watch as 400+ cars start their engines and drive off at 3 PM. Its quite the experience. Over 100 Ferraris will be on Avenue. Hope you can make it here. Best Steve Cantera FCA-Naples
Steve, I'm definitely looking forward to a great day. Not sure if you got my email but either way I'll be there with my camera. I definitely recommend getting there as early as possible!
CRAP! My sons hockey games were just moved from Sunday to Saturday. And the weather is supposed to be perfect!
I will be there. SCantera, yes, this is quite the show! The 'best' in the area in my opinion. I've been participating since it was on 3rd street back in the day...keeps getting bigger and better every year!
Scott......thanks for your complements. I have been a Ferraristi and car guy since the early 70s. In that timeframe I have been to many many car events. I may be a bit partial [okay a lot] but for some reason that I can't explain the show in words. Cars on 5th has a certain feel and atmosphere that is unique. Cars, owners, setting.......and the relaxed and happy attitude make it different. It is something to experience. 3rd St show........2 years we did it there before moving to 5th Ave. That was 11 years ago. Can't believe I am still doing this!! I always get a bit stressed before the show. But when I see the smiles on the faces in the crowd it makes it all worthwhile. It keeps me committed to do it again. It's a show for everyone............
Is this event pretty much the same time every year, second weekend in feb? I forgot about it this year and we leave thursday. Looked at changing tickets, but fees are too high. I'll definitely schedule our return to MN next year after this weekend/event.
Hey its on Valentines Day, what a great way to spend the Day with your significant other - you check out the cars she checks out the stores - great for both
Don......if you come early [like 8:30] parking is easy to find. And it's much nicer time to see the cars before the crowds come. By 11 it's a huge crowd and parking is tougher. Most of Naples streets are open for parking. You won't see many no parking signs around. There are two free parking garages one north and one south of 5th Ave on 8th St. But by 9 or so they will be filled to capacity. Hope you can make it early. best Steve
Can't believe that it was 11 years ago down on 3rd street! How time flies! Try not to stress out too much over the show... See you tomorrow!
Have a Cars & Coffee event over here tomorrow morning at 8, but debating whether to skip it and finally make a CO5 now that I'm back in SoFl
Quite an incredible day! Lots of great cars to see and the weather, while a tad chilly, could not have been better. Image Unavailable, Please Login
