It looks like they made space for the glass cover. It really does look basic. I like it more than the coupe
Yes, it does look like it's waiting to be dropped in. I guess that's Ferraris next dip into its customer's wallets.

It definitely looks better than the coupe in my opinion. Even the air vents on the side look better on the convertible. This is probably the best Ferrari design in years, but it is still no match for the current Lamborghini range. Ferrari has constantly failed to keep up with Lamborghini on the design front, but I think they're slowly getting there with the 488 Spider.
