When I purchased my Dino in 1977 the dash material was in a terrible state, beige through to black in colour with much of the "flocking" worn off. The base material was vinyl, probably the same as the other trim material, you could see the "grain" of the vinyl. I had the dash recovered in a matt finish leather which has lasted well over 30 years but now also needs replacing. Is Acantara a suitable "Concourse acceptable"replacement.

The original material was flocked Dino vinyl.
Henks' is neither flocked nor Dino vinyl but it stretches and upholsterers find it much easier to work with

Just received a sample of the material that Superformance sells and it is exactly as I remember the original mousehair to be!!! How it will stand up to Australia's ultraviolet light, fingers crossed.
