Best test so far with the control tyres, great circuit etc. Overall probably one of the most epic car vids ever made. Loved it.

This is a fantastic video. Well done Chris Harris and crew. Loved seeing Tiff in there. Also it sheds some light on the McLarens performance with its tire AND suspension advantage.

Harris should have a school of media named after him. Beautiful. Bravo.

I can accept this result given the use of Pirelli control tires. A close run thing with the McLaren on top as it should being the lightest and more importantly, being so low. From the video, the LaF appears to struggle most in getting its power down on corner exit. But to be only 0.6 seconds behind in spite of that fact shows how well Ferrari designed the aero, suspension, and traction control to make up for Montezemolo's no fixed wing mandate.

    Great video!

It settled a few Qs for me.

Though the other two amaze me with their abilities, engineering and design, it's the LaF for me, thanks!

I've read the results but haven't seen the video yet (need popcorn, kids' bedtime...)

Did they weigh the cars? Not happy to know the LaFe was last (even if it was so close) but now we can possibly blame Ferrari :D on always cheat about the weight, there's no other way around it. It's ever impossible to weigh recent Ferraris to match official figures, they're always many kilos off.

I trust the HP figures, though.

That Chris Harris video was amazing. What is most impressive is that this video is clearly focused and informative as well as beautifully shot.

One thing though I am wondering... how did Chris Harris managed to convince Ferrari to agree with this comparison? Isnt Ferrari's policy all these years not to allow something like this?

Best video of these cars out there...amazing filming, and the comments are excellent, as are the drivers/driving. This video I feel puts most questions to bed. Congratulations Chris Monkey Harris.

This was great. The "big" shows that do these kind of test are so scripted today. This was raw and awesome. I think the big winner was the Porsche. Many look at it as less superior than the other 2 and it's clearly right there with them.

It was an organised media day at the circuit. The top gear trio also drove all 3 cars.

    Well said!

The film wasn't about bragging, machismo, how much the cars & production cost, the meaning of life, or one-up-man-ship.

    Or crying.

It was simply about 3 cool cars, what they are, and how they perform. That's it!

Why at 21:38 does it show harris inside without a helmet and then the footage from outside shows a helmet

Fantastic video! Excellent production, great footage, great commentary and very honest. A real car guy effort - bravo!

Puts to bed all the arguments of which is the best. They are all amazing achievements and in my view are to be equally appreciated. It is astounding that 3 manufacturers could produce 3 cars with such different engineering philosophies and yet deliver comparable performance. Wow.
