No no.

Small Pirelli letter looks good if the car is lowered and maybe with aftermarket wheels too, like freshmeat Scud.
Yes I wonder how it would work, as you can see I like stickers! Or would it be some rubber imprinting technique or possibly paint? http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ferrari-parts-collectibles/471427-ferrari-prancing-horse-air-vent-decals-599-f430-enzo-california-ff.html
How do those letters work? Is it paint? Is it a sticker? If they're stickers, how do they stay on with high speeds and washing/cleaning?
I bought 99p pens from abroad on eBay. The nibs got dirty quick and you needed to keep pressing in, to re-ink the nib. Probably should have washed tires, and bought more ink. You can only do so much then have to wait for it to dry before another coat or else it just smears around. you can wipe it off whilst wet, though! I have a friend who put lettered tires on his Speciale and GT3 RS and I think it looks great. I'm considering having it down when I change the tires on my 16M.
It may not look right for a street car, but for one with more track focused aspirations, like my GT3, it looks good IMHO. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I like my old yellow Pirelli PZero setup, white Michelin PSS' (w Michelin man) and my current full color Michelin Cup setup. At the right scale it exudes a tasteful touch of race car aggression. At the wrong scale, it becomes total ricer Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Looks like an advertizing company car. Everyone knows it is a Ferrari. No need for text on the wheels. It is to much.
The small, subtle ones look pretty good. The 1st F430, not so much. I had Goodyears in the good old days, when 70 series tires were new, that had white lettering OEM. Goodyear said "We had no idea owners would advertise for us for free." But we did. Looked great on my 67 427 Corvette.
I thought I read that in Japan they started with the tire stickers about a year ago, and now it's making its way back here to be in style... I think on some cars it looks great.
Seems like a distraction to me. Drawing attention to the rubber seems silly when you have a rolling sculpture to look at IMHO, but I'm sure there are tasteful executions of it.
It's ok. I won't do it but I don't mind it either. So I am totally non committal so not sure what I added here.
Glad to see everyone having their own opinion as they should! My current F430 is now black with yellow calipers but has Michelin I'm. Worried the logo is too large? Sent from my A0001 using Tapatalk
