In actual fact, they took the 5 most popular LaF colours. That simple.

Don't take any color; simply take the car in 'primer' before any color is applied.

I am not disputing the color assertion, I already spec'd mine as well. Rather, the assertion on timing does not match my data.

My logic says it will be only one shade, but I have to ask: Is it only one shade or all of it's shades?

I mean only rosso corsa or scuderia, fuoco, dino, etc.?

If it's only one shade, which shades are they making available?

Blue is the new fantasy color. Also can anyone who has seen it say they believe it is better looking than the original?

Wow the palate of 5 colours kind of sucks. A nicely specced laf in a beautiful colour > spider.

i havent seen the car but most spyder versions of a hard top cars don't appeal to me much, except the 488's.

so no one in the know can enlighten us if this lafe spyder being that special design that manzoni hinted long time ago?

The new regime at Ferrari appreciate loyalty and reward accordingly but at the end of the day customer relationship management in any business is a means to an end. Top line and margin growth.

I assume Ferrari believe when they select someone for a LE, it's a gift. When it's a LaF Spider it's a big gift. Are they arrogant? No. So long as the product is excellent and the image cool, Ferrari could specify any LE is only available in RC and the list will still be over-subscribed several times. It's not as if this is new to Ferrari. Wasn't the F40 one of the most profitable cars ever made by Ferrari?

The new regime will look for strong and sustained top line growth and margin improvement. Not unusual and not unreasonable. They need to make more units and build them faster. I expect Ferrari will dictate the terms that enable this improved performance even if it ruffles a few feathers.

Because so long as they build sublime cars, Ferrari know customers at all levels will keep coming back for more.

Refusing a Blue car to peter considering the extraorinary collection he has in that color is not fair.

I already imagined the Laf Spider in Tdf + Fuji accents.

Anyway, Congrats Peter and Benjamin (Treynor)

    Can't wait for the deliveries.

Amalgam models in the UK sell you 1:8 scaled LF models (made in China). They cost approx US$ 9 Grand. Can be tailor made, takes approx 3 months wait time.

All I know is he seems like a great guy. He brings his cars to the local cars and coffee and opens them up for people to see. He doesn't hide them behind ropes or anything so if he's getting one I'm sure I'll see it.
