Brief walk-around video here from one of their pitstop locations. https://www.instagram.com/p/BK6GNjrBGKv/ Always great to see cars like these out on the street being used - not just rolling from a transporter to the lawn and back after collecting a ribbon. >8^) ER
Serious serious stuff. This Alfa is incredible. Who knows the model? Pic credit @suitnyc on IG. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think that F1 LM trumps it for originality. That particular F1 GTR raced for two seasons and has been through one complete restoration beginning in 2012, along with a conversion for road use back in June 2000. That F1 LM spent the majority of its life inside a museum in Nagoya, Japan and has seen fairly little use. Hopefully the new owner has the mind to change that. >8^) ER
He has been seen on the streets of Chicago driving it... The Alfa 2.9 MM wins in my book. Those GTO's are not to bad either
I really like 3769GT there with the blue stripe. I wish that one had made it to Pebble in 2011 for the GTO celebration. >8^) ER
I've posted a few pics from the pitstop at The Bridge. Hosted my eponymous event there last week -- great to see amazing cars at that gorgeous place. Check my instagram for more: jeffrey_einhorn Jeff
If the F1 GTR is the 250 SWB of the 90s, which would be the GTO, the 315S, the 250LM, and looong etc? I think the F1 GTR is all of those i just said together, of the 90s.
