    Um....This is what we are questioning actually! There's no empirical data to support the claim the 488 is selling well and has long lists etc. And likewise I've seen no data to support the opposite.

    Just don't like blanket claims w/o evidence. Love to see evidence either way.

    Disclaimer.....had a 458 and now ordered a 488. Either way it's good.

    Agreed. As a former 458 owner, and now having a 488 in the garage, I can say that it's an exceptional car. Power is outta this world. Handling is even better. But damn I miss the sound of the 458...
