Hi with my left tft display, when you touch main, it goes to dimming ..... it skips the main screen page and also skips the setup page and the menu page... I disconnected the battery for a few minutes, then reconnected and powered up following the owners manual, any other suggestions ??, thanks, Ed
I had this in my 458 2 times (the first owner and me) need hard repair (welding), your dealer msut send the instrument cluster to Ferrari and Ferrari send it to the maker to repair. Took 3 weeks
I'm asking because I "think" I just experienced this for the first time a couple days ago. Left display was White on startup, but then came on and remained normal the remainder of the day. It has a new battery, just installed by my dealer a few days ago. I'll be keeping an eye on it, but wondering if this isn't the start of a problem with that display. (2014 458) Jim
My dealer had to send back the display unit to the factory - it came back repaired after two weeks, that's it!
I had the same issue. I pressed the front sensor button on the overhead console and all was good after that.
I had the same thing. I had to shut off the front parking sensor using the overhead console and it was fine after that.
Guys , you are great!...I had this problem in Singapore...I thought yr suggestions were nonsense as I was thinking what relationships has the try screen got to do with the front sensors...but I still tried it...and Amazingly it works!!! I told myself if it works I will reply the success to help others with this problem....AMAZING!
It happened to me yesterday. Both tft sreens went blank. After getting some annoying, I left the car in the garage connected to the tender and a couple of hours after, it was normal again. I tried to deactivate the front parking sensor on the overhead panel, but it did not help.
