At the rate they are selling Granturismo's it is a niche market car anyway. We should just be glad they are still making a 2 door still, even if it is a large 2 door. You should buy the California if you don't mind 2 seats as it will cost less in the long run(3 years depreciation).

For sur a great car, the LC 500. But it does not suit my taste, imo the japan-typical design is exaggerated and too playful, too many edges and surfaces in search of their identification. It is not a miracle either, the design roots are very obvious... Image Unavailable, Please Login
The interior configured in another color and it looks already completely different, much more attractive. Imo the screen solution is not much worse as the "plugged solutions" from other brands. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
which I think is the best looking SUV on the market, but they must not be selling as I haven't seen a single one on the road.
Compared to the restyled dashboard of the Quattroporte and the Ghibli yes, they ought to had made the screen fit "smoother" however, plus I think the newer steering wheel of the brand is better looking. Having already seen some (white, black), it has a bit of "Infiniti" and "Lancer hatchback" looks.
Now I do not ask where you are living Rob! The development of Maserati proceeds very positive and the Levante is a successful model. Ask the market: "How Did Maserati Emerge as a Solid Performer in 1Q17?" ... In 1Q17, Fiat Chrysler shipped 11,700 units of Maserati brand cars, 75% higher than the 6,700 units it shipped in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. With this, revenue from its luxury car brand in 1Q17 rose 87% year-over-year to 949 million euros, or $1.0 billion. This significant rise in Maseratis revenue was much higher than the rise in shipments due to a positive product mix and favorable currency movements." ... The brands improving profitability was primarily driven by continued high demand for the recently launched Maserati Levante model, which drove the companys positive product mix. Continued strength in the Maserati brand could help Fiat Chrysler to achieve higher margin goals. Therefore, its important for investors to pay attention to Maseratis performance." Levante is doing very well. Just today I saw 3 of them. In Quebec, it's selling at the same rate as the Cayenne.
I bet you there are more luxury cars per capita in my town than 99.999% of the towns in United States. Tons of SUV's and regular Maseratis too, but I just never see any Levantes, does it have a unnoticeable trident on them? Southlake Ranks 6th on MSN's '10 Richest Towns' in America | Southlake Style

Jaz, I have a problem. Because of your post, I have dealt more detailed with the Lexus, and hmmmmm..., unfortunately I like the car very much (LC500 SPORT+). Do you have experiences with the LC500 that you could tell? Or has anyone else experiences with this car?
I must be getting old. I really don't like any of the new cars this decade. I think last decade's cars are much more attractive, both Ferrari and Maserati...
It seems you are right, unfortunately. Yesterday I got the information from my dealer, that the Alfieri is under construction as a pure electro driven car, that Maserati will enter into the electro game with this car. Maybe the first truly attractively packaged lithium-ion battery...
How can masser re engineer alferi as electric car when it was so far along designed as int combustion engine??! Tesla, porsche, etc all designed as electric from start. This will not go well for maserati
I love the 458. The 488 not as much because I think (I mean think) the turbo might ruin it a bit. Maserati Granturismo is curvaceous and bloomin lovely. One of my favourite modern designs.
