The teams pack as little as they can on their trips across the world. Why would they have extra hats when there are more important things? What if Lewis didn't want to pack a bunch of different hats and just 1 for the USGP and use it in Mexico? He wears the Union Jack under the hat a lot and it's the only reason I can see why he wore it 2 weekend races in a row. I think it's more ridiculous to believe he's trying to be American/switch sides.

PR is the most important part of their race prep actually, it's rare a team doesn't have the right team wear and equipment for sponsors etc...

Another masterclass today...but sadly a bleak look into the future when he gets into the fastest car of the field.

If the collision didn't happen the race might've been a lot more entertaining.

Vettels mistake today: offering Max the outside of turn one...he should have offered him the inside on turn one to be on the inside in turn two himself...
Once Max was next to him he lost so much speed breaking into turn two that Lewis could go past. The crash with Lewis was just the following of loosing half of the front wing in the collision with Max before. I have no idea why Toto and Lewis think Seb would have done that on purpose??? Makes no sense as he ruined his own race with that action.
But Seb desperately needed to win and keep in front of Max so I do not get why people thought he should have been more cautious and let Max go without challenging him...For the WDC: it did not make a difference at all as this was lost anyway or does anyone really think Seb could win 3 times while Lewis does not get at least one third place in 3 races???
Lewis was not faster this year, he simply made less mistakes so actually it was not Lewis and Mercedes winning the WDC but Seb and Ferrari loosing it...

Mad Max is the wild card for the future. Frankly, I wouldn't mind seeing him win the WDC next year. As long as Elton doesn't.

    Bit off topic but....

When will they STOP Mercedes dominating the sport?
When will they step in and change the rules like they did to Ferrari back in 05?
I think something should be done as it killing the sport, really who wants to watch the remaining races?

There is still great value in smacking little Elton in the last two races. I'll casually keep up with them to see if that happens, although I'm done for the year with any 7 am nonsense to watch a finished championship.....

There is no doubt at all someone had to put the brakes on Schui's dominance for the sake of the sport back then.

It is now that time for Mercedes also.....

I've no idea why Elton got involved at all, he didn't need to do anything. If he wanted to overtake them just wait on DRS and the straight, lol.

Was sad seeing Ric retiring so early on after that brilliant start. With the speed of that Red Bull I think Podium was possible.

Took great pleasure in seeing elton being lapped by the ex-teenager, and even more pleasure in seeing him struggle to overtake a renault :D

He saw a gap/hole, and simply went for it. That's what racers do. Too bad Seb flattened his RR tire. But having to pit so early to replace his own broken front wing, Karma soon got the best of Seb . . .

    You are trolling again

One day the mods will see through this very thin veneer of Hamilton worship designed to upset the FERRARI F1 community
