Anyone seen qualifying Le Mans today? I put my money on Porsche (in GT-Pro) http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/other-racing/554428-winner-gt-pro-le-mans-2017-a.html#post145429726

I wonder in cases like this if they are going to rebuild the car after a crash like this (or harder) or replace it with a new one.
488s have a large subframe where engine is mounted, about 1/3 of a complete frame. That can be replaced if like a well known 430GT was severely damaged front and rear and main structure damaged: new chassis I have seen 458s getting complete new rear subframe and even new chassis (with s/n of the wrecked car)
We will probably see more 488s at the Nürburgring this or next season..(and hopefully in the 24 Hours)
Not a F but this whats happens with these gt3/gte cars: Fogarty: ?It All Went Sideways? in Heavy Race-Ending Accident - Sportscar365 New car, wrecked one in the bin.
According with Sportscar365 the Ferrari 488 GTE is believed to be the only GTE-spec car to have received an update for next year. Does anyone know what these updates are about? http://sportscar365.com/imsa/iwsc/imsa-outlines-december-daytona-test-plan/
If you want to win Daytona: 4 car Pro entry otherwise I would not loan out my works drivers to a single Pro entry. Sebring, Le Mans....F really need 4 cars but it wont happen. Prepare yourself for a BMW, Porsche, Ford show
Three “works” cars for Le Mans: 51, 52 & 71 52 takes over Risi’s pro entry. Let’s see what happens in June.
Will Ferrari support Rinaldi/WTM with support for the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring this year? Audi Sport will support FOUR LMS GT3’s!

I like the color of the “52” car for Le Mans. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a plain red one with no sponsoring, just racing numbers. Impossible nowadays.
