    Trust me. Go anywhere else.

Without question the worst dealer experience I have ever had.

    Check engine light.

One month later and 5 different stories. No word on what’s going on. No one calls to explain. No one wants to talk. Ridiculous

This is just another example of why Alfa Romeo will once again fail in the US market. The last time they partnered with Chrysler in the early nineties, it was the dealerships that destroyed the brand. The current Fiat Chrysler upper management is also to blame. Their badly engineered cars can't compete with other brands that offer better cars at better price value. My 1991 164L sedan offered much more car than the current Giulia.

Same dealer runs the Van Nuys shop. Terrible experience there with my Fiat e500. They would not stand behind their repairs and wouldn't even bother to call me back. When I pushed it with Fiat North America, the excuse that they gave them was "since they were not going to do anything for me, they saw no reason to call me back". Dealership is part of Auto Gallery. They have really fallen since they lost the Ferrari dealership.

I hear Torrance is where you need to go for Alfa service.

Both in LV are much better. But it’s a smaller market

In my experience, the Auto Gallery Porsche service is the best in the LA area by far.

Avoid Auto Gallery Maserati of Westlake as well, add them to the list. Bought a car from them, great before sale, have called them no less than 18x with calls/texts/emails with absolutely zero response, Talked to a reputable dealer in the area and they said "the dealership is infamous in the area for this exact situation and have lawsuits against them because of it". I won't bore everyone with the story but dm me if anyone needs details.

Mayer, check engine light probably means that the oil needs changed. watch this:

Next, if that doesn't do it contact Brad Koulback/ P: (630)805-1038. He works in service at Alfa in LA. Tell him that his coach told you to contact him....he will take care of you immediately.
