One general question to all interested. When a Ferrari from the 60's is not in it's original colour , presumably due to the fact that the particular car was originally in a colour which is not loved, does the car lose value when it is considered as an investment? Thank you for your comments.
Steve McQueen's 275 GTB/4 10621 that was originally nocciola that sold for $10,175,000 in 2014 didn't seem to be affected. Mind you, that Ferrari Classiche had it painted in the colour that McQueen painted the car was a big plus I would say. Generally, if you had 2 equal cars, one of which was not in its original colour and the other in original colour, the original one would be more desirable, and therefore worth more. Just my opinion.
