    I heard a rumor it will be in a private lot down toward Santa Monica. But I wonder if there will be food and (gotta ask) bathrooms. At least there's the Cross Creek events run by Fireball Tim, not sure if the one on the bluffs at Malibu is his too? That one was twice a month. Seemed not to have the speeding away with a flourish problem, maybe because it's too close to the Malibu Sheriff's station

    I am working on a new Mel's Drive-IN located at no other than the end of Route 66! That's right, Lincoln and the 10. Just not as much space as Trancas.

    If it is a public place how can you weed out the drek cars? I remember at Trancas a few sessions ago there was some oaf with a Chevy Nova, not special in any way, taking up space where a rare Ferrari could be. I drive to Malibu over 120 miles round trip and am not going to see a beat up Nova. At least Andy had signs that said something like "Pre-1974 car" but there has to be a way to weed out the drek to make it worth going to...just sayin'

    i like the sm location off of 10 and Lincoln but it needs to be private and fairly large

    Rumor has it that people are showing up to Trancas on April 1 anyway as it's a parking lot and a bunch of people car go there and get a coffee or go grocery shopping

    Not unless someone takes over the leadership of it. There has to be someone saving spaces for extremely valuable interesting usually older cars . This is very difficult to do at Trancas with its Public limited parking .
    No one will like someone telling them their new mustang or old 911 orxxx etc. doesn’t deserve a spot upfront.
