Unfortunately I think they only made a few in black. I have never seen one for sale.

Hope you had a great trip! The weather doesn't look great for this weekend, but maybe we can get together before golf season starts. Lol

Three Black t Coupes (interiors; tan, black, grey), one a primo example that sold for above market (at the time, and rightly so) and the other two... well, turned out to be a sad ones indeed.

Best to you on a great sale. The t Coupe is the epitome of the line. Plus you have the dealer optioned wheels as well.

Thanks, Wade! It's interesting that prices on these cars haven't really increased much in the last ten years, maybe 40% or so. Compare that to some 12cyl cars that are up 300%!

If anyone is interested, I attached a list of the 40 US and 3 Canadian dealerships that existed in 1989. Supposedly each one received a t coupe. I believe the car I am (considering) selling was sold at Lake Forest Sports Cars in IL.

It would be great if someone started a registry site for the t coupes, or for Mondials in general. Something like the Challenge Stradale registry.

Dodged a bullet on the snow this weekend! Next weekend is looking good. Maybe the car can see the light of day!

I will have to check my paper work, but I think I have #15. Original owner in NY, then to Florida, then to Illinois and now back to Florida. :)

    Regards,
    Jerry

There was a Black/Tan Mondial t Coupe for sale in Naperville, Illinois. This was probably 10 - 15 years ago. Dealer was Bill Jacobs Motor Sports. Not sure if they're even still in business.

Great list, I have #6 on the list. It's been to CA and CO and finally back to GA. What a small world considering my mechanic also maintains the original owners car collection (mainly studebakers 50+ and a variety of other american and euro classics) in the warehouse next to his shop. The shop and warehouse are basically across the street from the old FaF dealership location.

I was taking some photos today for someone here and thought I would share a photo of the missing lug cover. I have not been able to find a replacement.

It is the car Jerry picked up!! Yes, 2x as much money, but 1/2 the mileage. And a perfectly maintained “no story” t coupe. A “premium” price for a “premium” exsmple.

Love your car too hypo, land in NYC tomorrow morning, will pm you then.

Lastly: Hey Atlanta, save a t coupe for me. You have enough (3 of 43, with only prob about 30 still on the road, so 3 of 30)

Hey, thanks for the tip! It does look like the correct cap, but it's missing the threaded portion and of course the emblem. I emailed a few places like Speedline, Ferrparts, etc. and no one has one.
