    Every once in awhile I like to cook a steak on the bbq. Today was that day. My wife asks me if I want hp sauce. I told her on a good cut it’s an insult on a great steak. So I gave in and tried it as I can’t even remember what HP sauce tastes like. I gotta tell ya, I enjoyed it !!!

    Ah yes the brown sauce. Now and then I'll dip into it to remind myself not to screw with a good steak
