If things don't work out between my wife of 16 years and me, I will simply thank her for our years together and quietly move to Vieques. I will buy myself a few shipping containers and anchor them to some rock outcropping on the Atlantic side. I will combine said containers into a complex so I can store myself as well as my cars. If containers are not available, I will buy me some land and build a cement block, flat roof house - by myself. I just want to live out my remaining time in quiet and relative peace. Maybe get a run in as health permits. Ride the bike a fair bit. Swim as much as possible. Drink my unfair share of rum. Eat whatever I grow. You get the idea. I really have been thinking about this too much I think.

 

Not a lot of roads to drive on there, mate!

20 years wedded tomorrow. I’m blessed she said yes.

 

I got married 43 years ago in 2012....... **** me it’s the longest time I’ve ever held onto anything, especially a bird. I used to keep them three at a time, sometimes all at the same time and place, now I keep one that won’t let me even play with her hot sister...... what gives? Man gotta eat

 

That's just not reasonable. Mine won't let me put a Bat Pole into the mancave. I tried to compromise by suggesting a spiral staircase, and she didn't like that either! (Although I wanted it inside a Tardis).
Maybe you should try compromise - does she have a hot cousin?
