Wow that's 14km from my resort. We should grab a drink.
It's no wonder that the two of you guys are in Cancun...as I would be if I lived near the North Pole in the dead of winter
We just had dinner in Puerto Morales, some Uruguayan place. I'm not sure I'll get the wife to go back there. I thought it was cool but a little too "quaint" for her taste. I think the stray dogs are our table were a turn off.
Ah yes! Al Chimichurri! Yeah, they do have stray dogs that roam the streets, but generally keep them out of the kitchen...unless they run out of beef (j-k!). Seriously, they do a great job on their steaks...and no dogs in the food prep area. If you go to John Gray's (one block over) they have traditional indoor seating...no dogs or cats...and they offer "American" fare as well as Mexican. Enjoy your trip!
I trust that you are back in balmy Milwaukee now? We may have to regroup and have those cocktails at Siebkens. Do you go to The Hawk event at Road America? Let me know if you have any luck looking at the code for the elusive PIN...
Yep, made it back. I was at the Hawk event last year, had the yellow Lamborghini in the Saturday concours. I've been to busy to think about the pin project. Just work and dropping the engine out of this 355 I bought.
BTW - we were in the concours as well. California Sage DB9 convertible parked near Siebkens on the other side of the street...
Can't recall the Ford GT location. We were parked closer to the beginning of the parking area in a row of Astons, including a couple early DB series cars, along with contemporary DB9s and Vantages. Lots of fun...but close quarters for valuable cars...
and I just now found out that Mark is gobble. bwahaha Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Incidentally, Mark can now pull the code from the red fob or immobilizer and provide matched sets of fobs. Most of the fob problems we had in the past documented in this thread are solved. It only takes a bit of money to fix you up.
