Suspension Control System Failure on a 458

    Doesn't look like there is any answers to this on the forum. My car started doing this yesterday and I can't get it to go away. I put a new battery in it yesterday as I saw someone said that cured the problem on a California. Anyone have this problem on their 458 and how did they remedy it?

    Solution was a defekt connector on the Suspension damper cost only 25€
    It is a selfresetting system.so Check all conectors remove it at the top of the Suspension damper.
    Disconnect the wirecable.messure lnside middle socket to wireside.0 Ohm.
    If you have more Ohm,replace this connector.

    Is this a DIY (IE a couple screws, nothing wild) or is this intensive?

    To Check all 4 Suspension damper 2 Hours
    The wheels has to be removed.
    First clean all connectors with Gold 2000 Spray.
    Plug it on and Start engine .if fault is cleared .take a testdrive in all modes

    So once you remove the wheels you can see the connectors easily while the car is on a lift/jack Stands? Just reach in and unplug, or work to be done?

    Take an experienced mechanic man to help you
    Its better belive me.pay him 200 and 4 coffees have fun.
    Ask Dealer perhaps they can readout the defekt Suspension side.so you have only remove only one Wheel to Disconnect and Check .

    It seems to be intermittent - comes and goes, is that normal? Maybe the battery is getting low triggering the error?

    In the connector is an Electronic circuit board.i think one Söldner joint is broken.so If you drive over bad roads or the vibrations of engine is enough for this issues.
