Cracked windshield removed using our new WRD glass removal tool. It uses a Nylon string to cut the glass out avoiding cutting into the body of the vehicle or shattering the glass. I hope everyone realizes how clever this diagnosis and repair is. The fact it was brought to Bradan suggests that the dealer either couldn't figure it out or maybe lost the customer by suggesting a "throw parts at it" approach. Or to put it another way, many auto techs have a fancy Fluke meter in their toolbox, but few know how to use them like your guy here clearly does. I hope someone in Customer Care at the Mclaren factory in Woking, England gets to see this. John
