If anyone has replace their recirculation flap actuator motor (the one in the front trunk compartment) and has the old failed one and would part with it, I would be interested in obtaining it. Would gladly pay postage.

    Thanks.

    PM me.

Tried to start a conversation, no go.... here's the note.
Hi John, if you're asking for the 348/355 recirc flap motor, I have 2-3 broken ones! The large gear has sheared teeth in each. I'll gladly part with one. Problem is I'm in Canada(postage cost). If you're not in a rush, I'm down in Florida Dec 1st(end of the month) for 4 months, so postage/border headache would be easy. Let me know...
    best,
    Sandy

    Hi,
I think you refer to Ferrari flap actuator 63306700. This is the simple 2 cable motor.
Look for "B837 flap motor" using Ebay and you will find plenty of them. The pin that ist connected to the "recirculation boss" is also the same.
The special gear for Fiat that often remains on used parts can simply be unscrewed.
Hope this helps though this information comes a little late.
    Regards, Thomas

Thomas, thank you for that replacement part... have to forward this to Ernie, to post up as a replacement. I gave it a look on Ebay, lots of cheap flap motors for sale over in Europe, unfortunately shipping to North America is high for most of the sellers! I'm sure things can be arranged.....

But beware... look out for the 2 cable version with the 2 Pin plug. Only this is plug and play.
There are several variants available, depending on the Fiat model.
