Right Plating for front suspension arms 250 Gte?

    Dear All,

    I have read different information on the type of plating for the front suspension arms on 250 Gte's. Some sources say chemical nickel, others clear cadmium plating.

    Looking at my disassembled front suspension the steering arm is nickel but the suspension arms look cad, with a slight yellowish teint.

    As I am having my parts refurbished I would like to use the right plating?

    What do you believe to be correct?

    Any help appreciated. Thanks

    The steering arm/idler arm, the upper/lower control arms and the sway bar links should be plated electro-less nickel.
