Bear in mind that they can also exceed their targets, pay the fine and pass part of it to their EU customers. The CO2 target is just that, a target above which you pay a fine. It is not a barrier.

Superior in it's design; the F8 is a less complicated car with no electric assist. For some buyers that in itself is enough of a difference!
Hard to comment because I dont know what the replacement will look like. The V6 doesnt scare me cause like others im not all about sound. Its more than that for me. Bbut I guess what Im saying is that the financial hit Id take to get an F8 to jump up from my 488 to me is not worth it as its basically the same car. Im content with my 488 and when the replacement comes out- ill evaluate that more closely and will likely upgrade unless they totally screw it up. The F8 I like the look, I think it will do well. But for me personally, no interest in swapping out my 488.

Comparing a relevant competitive car to the specs of a recently announced car is perfectly reasonable. But, irrelevant comments intended to boost one marque and/or denigrate another marque may be considered trolling with consequent actions. The further you get away from the cars, the more at risk you will be.

Well Rob , the only thing missing on this thread is some genius to start with “the depreciation “ aspect of the F8 and the Mac s. Other than that I feel we’ve covered all the bases. Am I missing anything else ?
F8 looks amazing! I hope there are other options for wheels as I hate those! I would just add HRE's and it will look almost like a Pista! Good luck to all of you getting on that list as soon as possible!
