I’m looking for a battery tender for my 09 430. I see CTEK seems to be popular. Is there a difference between the 12v 4.3 and the 5.0. The new 5.0 is actually cheaper on EBay .

CTEK is the best one in the world. It is the brand hide behind tender provided with Ferrari cars.
The 3.8 version is enough for our batteries (many Ferrarista use it).
The 5.0 is able to charge very big battery (like truck if I remember well).
The 7.0 is the model provided with McLaren cars.

NOCO is also a good brand. I have their charger and booster. Has all the same features as Ctek.

I have a CTEK 7002. It has different modes for the type of battery you have (wet vs AGM), but not lithium ion. I’d be surprised if your 430 has a lithium ion battery, as they are very light but very expensive (but last several times longer). But you should check if you have wet cell vs AGM,and choose the mode accordingly. https://smartercharger.com/collections/vehicle/products/ctek-multi-us-7002

If you do have lithium ion, you need a lithium ion-specific charger.

I love the 5.0. The reason I chose that one is because it has an automatic winter mode.
