    Garage cleaning engaged. I have a new black sonnedeck top for a 355 Spider. This top looks correct to OEM in design to my eye. Has the pattern as viewed from the interior side of the canvas material. I have this one for sale after coming down with a case of purist-itis and purchasing a second top in the OEM color (blue) for my TDF 355. So this one needs a good home. First $500 takes it and that will include shipping in the lower 48.

    May I ask where you bought the "OEM" blue? Did you mean the original colour (only) by Sonnendeck or a similar aftermarket company?

    I also bought a black top for my Azurro California F355, not realising the original was actually blue (darkened by age).

    A couple of questions:

    1.) How difficult is this to change out? Can a DIY person do it, or is this a job for an upholsterer?
    2.) Are the elastic straps (the troublesome ones) part of the new top?

    Regarding the blue top I purchased a top...in the original color and material via Topsonline.com. German material. Color looks great. Material identical. Not from Ferrari.

    I think the PITA factor will be somewhat extensive...but a DIY job. Unless you have an upholsterer you trust, I will do it and just take the time to do it correct. with that said I have done a 3 tops prior on other cars. Straps are not included with these tops I've purchased. I would assume those would need to be purchased separately.
