For anyone replacing the donut gaskets on their 348 exhaust system and dont want to drop the $20 a piece. I did a lot of searching and measuring and figuring and found the felpro gaskets that are an exact match for $2.70 a piece.

    Fel-Pro # 60155 and calls out a measurement of 2 5/32" ID

haha. 5/32”. Proof that the use of inches needs to die. Good find though!

    Yes, great find.

Since I happen to have a few items on hand, I stopped by AutoZone to pick up the Fel-Pro 60155 to give a [physical] comparison.

Both indeed have the same ID at 54mm. Other measurements (in mm) are:
    • Fel-Pro OD - 70
    • Ferrari OD - 68.5 (avg)
    • Fel-Pro Height/Thickness - 19.7 (avg)
    • Ferrari Height/Thickness - 18 (avg)
So, the Fel-Pro version is somewhat bulkier, and definitely denser.

I have a set of Tubi test pipes so I plan to include the Fel-Pro exhaust gaskets during the change-out. Hopefully during the next week or so.

Thanks for the additional info Wade, so not an exact match but certainly usable for a fraction of the price. Nice to see as my gaskets were shot and most had to be broken off.

It'll be interesting to see if they'll compress enough to fit, or if longer bolts might be needed (or effect component placement).

Also, as per Jegs, fitment includes late 60s to early 70s Ford/Mercury V8 including the Mustang and Shelby Cobra.

regardless if they compress any or not, the adjustable slip flange that goes on the cat pipes and attaches the muffler should be able to be adjusted to accommodate the slight difference.
