Always neat to see a plexi car to! Fortunately 4000 V doesn't have that aerial mounted above the windshield arrangement! Thanks for those pictures.
Without really having a detailed look at it, it looked like a very nice car. I have to say I prefer the Plexi cars with the white/ orange indicators rather than the all orange ones. The all orange ones look a bit incongruous IMHO.
A personal obsession of mine, I despise the above windshield antennae(on any car). +1 the white/orange indicators complete the look.

I remember being in this car in the early eighty's. It was super fast and if I remember correctly it had some mild and tasteful exhaust mods. Being exposed to this car and how it ran made me a Daytona fan/owner.
I remember it when owned by Erik Nielsson. You're right the exhaust was fantastic, either the front or the rear mufflers had been removed.
At least as I type this, it is offered at this price, rather than sold. I looked closely at the car several months ago. If someone is interested in my impressions, PM me.
Could be one of the lesser concerns/issues facing the next owner. What was that reference to affordability of well sorted vs. lower priced Exotics/Ferraris ? Being a U.S. delivery example, it likely came with only one pair of mufflers + pair of resonators (all appear currently in place). If I’m not mistaken only non-U.S. delivery cars (i.e. “Euro”/RHD/etc) came with two pairs (front/rear) + resonators.

I always hesitate to say anything publicly about cars that are for sale, as any such statements can have an effect on the lives of others. In broad terms, however, I would say that while the car presents well at the level of detail shown in the various pics, if you go over it with a fine comb, you find that there is plenty of rationale for its pricing. As an example, while the seats look pretty good at first, if you check the seams, you find that there are some splits, and it seemed pretty clear that you would probably need to do a complete recover to bring them up to the level of a lot of the other cars that are for sale these days. If someone wants more details, I'd be happy to share in a PM.

Hi gcalex, I'm having a hard time trying to PM you. Would you mind emailing me your thoughts on this car? Very interested. [email protected] Thanks
