Why does Scotty the Mechanic have to screen? Is he trying to get a job selling OxiClean? The 308 car history was a good presentation. I'm amazed that the owner essentially doubled the horsepower. Wonder how the chassis will end up taking this extra abuse long-term?
Haven't watched the vid yet, but see Scotty is the host. Expecting lots of screaming on why it's not as great as a '91 Celica.
That is my car. I made the video for Scotty about 6 weeks ago and he released it over Memorial Day. A couple of notes, I did not know he would name the video 'What it's like to own an old Ferrari" or I would have talked about what its like to own an old Ferrari. He edited out my hi-speed runs. The camera/microphone we used did not pick up the exhaust quality very well. I narrated the video on a different microphone. A lot of people asked about maintenance, no need to discuss that here. Like anything, I am sure I made some mistakes. Overall, I enjoyed making the video and I hope you will enjoy viewing it. As of this writing it had over 175,000 views. I'm sure your experience is similar to mine, people love to see these cars out in public.
Nice video Ron. You have a good "radio" voice. That QV must be a blast to drive too, with 509hp! that's epic.
Ron, Nice job . Great looking 308 too. Good touch to keep the Magnum P.I. Nostalgia going...seriously. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Brian, Mine is 52641 it is technically an '84 but is titled as 85. I would like to meet up when you have time.
None-just the turbo. The exhaust Y's after the turbo into duel outlets. FYI- the mic we used did not pick up the exhaust sound very well
