Good question. This is all I have. First owner was fchatter "720". See his post here (Nov 25, 2006) https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/challenge-stradale-register.80997/#post-136257710 2004 Ferrari Challenge Stradale VIN: ZFFDU57A340137040 Exterior: Rosso Scuderia with stripe Interior: Red alcantara with black trim Red calipers Fire extinguisher Battery charger no radio Purchased new from Ferrari of Beverly Hills Purchase Date: 5/10/04 Our only hope is the holy Stradalama, or fchatter 720 (but from his profile page: 720 was last seen 23w ago).
Lets see... Above we have a Nero 3k mile example for $329,000. And a Rosso 18k mile example for $189,900. Where is the collapsed part?
In the USA, asking prices range from around $170k to $330k. Quite a few cars below $200k. In Europe €125k to €320k. http://challengestradale.com/forsale.html (some cars are probably sold by now, haven’t updated in a while) Image Unavailable, Please Login
You have to admit, like with so many models, prices on the low end are lower than 2~3 years ago....I see the same thing with Ford GTs, where before there wasn't a single non-salvage car below $300k, now there are 6-8 with asks $250k or less. Same story with a Ferrari Boxer BBIs .
Fair enough. But lets look to the reality of the fact that $189,900 is still nearly sticker on a car that was sold in 2004... While there may be some outliers on the fringe a good majority of the samples still have strong numbers associated with them. Simply put "collapsed" was/is a stretch.
Yes listed and sold within a week. For me this is the sweet spot in 360 CSs. Red with factory stripe. red/black interior. Not too few miles to make it a museum piece and not too many where it might be dogged. I called on the car and it had one owner although the title had been transferred 4 times to the same owner. Owner had two cars. At least that was the story. Still waiting for some land to sell anyway Image Unavailable, Please Login
^^^^^^^^^^ I also called (out of curiosity as I currently have a 360CS) Monday the ad went up Saturday and was told seller had "remorse" and was keeping the car. Not sure if this is true. Maybe priced too low?
Pretty interesting. A black CS with a white Challenge grille. Currently offered for sale in Japan.
