    Traded my 430 for a 2011 458 and have some questions. First, what is car wash activation mode and what does it do? The second question is that when the car reaches 107 MPH there is a double beep (no lights, just a double beeping noise). Thanks for any help.

    I used to use the search function all the time. When the Ferrari Chat upgraded the website, it seems like when I use the search function it brings up anything and everything from all the forums - and not just the forum that I am currently in. I am sure I am not doing something correctly. Thanks for the help.

    Car wash mode is so the car can be pulled through an automatic car wash. It releases the transmission Park Lock. Please, please. please don't put your 458 through a car wash. Wash it yourself and appreciate the beautiful design and curves. Reset or eliminate the speed alarm in Car Settings on the left TFT.
