I'm sorry but your actually wrong. The parts numbers you wrote are actually 599 GTO grills(p#82715700 and p#82939000) which do not fit the regular 599s. There is a couple threads about it, the p#82408600 is the 599 GTO style grill that is for the 599 GTBs. Please see attached screen shot from Ferraris catalog. Interesting as I got a different view in Europe, see below. If I purchased that ref, it became an Hgte. Anyway I managed to fit #82715700. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Not perfect to be honest, holes at the right place, but quite difficult to adjust. Will ask a pro. to finish.
I emailed eurospares , They said the GTO grill which you ordered will not fit the GTB bumper. I will do more research , thank you. Bali is a heaven!! Enjoy your time.

There is so much margin in it. Redo the design and start selling them. By your reckoning there is huge profits being made so go for it. Let us know how much you loose by the time you do the engineering, testing, management, inventory, shipping, returns, etc. I get SO tired of the same old diatribe. Prove me wrong and step right up.
@Skidkid Why so aggressive ? It's the relation of the price for this piece of metal, no function, no expensive or rare materials, no really craftsmanship for production. For example. A water pump for the 550 Maranello from an excellent company from the UK is 60% of the price of the grill. A part with function, ballbearings inside, ceramic gasket, have to work from -50°C to 120°C, ... This is what I mean. Daniel
Daniel, I get really tired of completely uninformed, uneducated, responses about cost. If it is so profitable to make very very low volume parts prove me wrong and go for it. You are blustering without any real support for your position. You didn't account for engineering, inventory, returns, as taken across the number of possible units. Either you are incompetent at business or intentionally being obtuse. Then you are upset when someone calls you out on it. Maybe that is an aggressive position but your position is unsupported so prove me wrong. Have you ever had parts custom made? I have and it isn't cheap.
uninformed, uneducated, incompetent blustering without any real support intentionally being obtuse What's wrong with you ? YOU know NOTHING about me. NOTHING ! When you get SO tired of the same old diatribe, why do you answer onto my post. Ignore it. For me, your opinion is ...... Daniel
John- Back off. I have known Daniel for a number of years, and he is none of the things you describe in your diatribe.
Fair enough. I just get really tired of the same old saw 'it costs nothing to make, why do they charge so much' but they conveniently ignore the costs of doing business for very low volumes.
Promised I would post this but didn’t do a new pic until today. Yes, raining and parked at the office Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
John- Very pretty and I like the grille. Funny how times change. On the 575M, a black grille was standard early in production and a "250 GT Style" grille in chrome was optional, later standard. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
After I scratched my front bumper last week I got it back from the paint shop yesterday. Today I installed the front bumper and the GTO grille I bought end of last year. Very nice. Daniel Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Daniel- Looks nice. Funny how times change. On the 575M a black grille was standard and a chrome (250 Style) grille was optional and later became standard.
Thanks Terry It was the right decision to get the GTO style grille. One more thing, and my 599 is perfect for me. The 6-1 headers from Fabio. Daniel
what was the part number(s) associated here.....I went thru the threads detailing but felt like we had a back and forth on the correct numbers.
