Does Race mode keep the exhaust valves open all the time or is it only around 6k rpm. Hard to tell when I switch from Normal to Race and the manual doesn’t state anything. If not, I assume the vacuum lines can be switched around to stay open all the time?

About 4200rpms on my car at a certain throttle percentage in race mode. With race mode off, its 6k.

Great. I’ll compare that next time out. Anyone wiring the vacuum lines open all the time?

I have disconnected them and plugged the lines for a brief time. Car sounds terrible to me at low RPMs with the valves constantly open. My old 360 Modena was straight piped and sounded great at idle. But the CS is just not a sound I liked without the valves, so I'm back to the OEM setup. Its a very quick thing to try so you can make your own assessment.
