    Are Ferrari wogs?
Hmm. Let me think about that...
Let’s see... Shonky plastic interior. Iffy build quality. Dodgy electrics. Weird seating position. Laughable parts pricing. Temperamental behaviour....

    Looks beautiful. Sounds amazing. Red.

    Yeah. Pretty shore they’re wogs.

    :p

I have so much respect for people who put in the unpaid, tedious work to uncover the fraud committed by taxpayer-funded public "servants" at the BoM.

Can someone remind me again why

    1) China doesn’t have to do anything to reduce “emissions“, and

    2) Morons are gluing themselves to the streets in Australia about our “lack of action”? (Despite that fact we’ll likely meet the idiotic Paris targets)

    Who cares about per capita?

If climate change is really the emergency the loony left say it is, isn't it the total emissions that count?

Shorley the atmosphere doesn't care where the emissions come from?

Last year China burnt more coal than the entire rest of the world combined, yet we in Australia "need to do more"...

The whole thing is so idiotic it would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

    Exactly.

No doubt the earth takes that into account and therefore China's emissions don't hurt as much as ours.

I agree with Greg on this. 25mil vs 1500mil

We are minuscule compared to them as a population, and as a polluter.
India is going to be worse.....

China is actually moving FASTER than just about anyone else to reduce their emissions (and note, no one in Chinas talks about ‘global warming’ it is totally focussed on ‘pollution’. Shanghai buses will be all electric by the end of this year; Shenzen already is... Here’s the latest chart I could find - note they turned over around 2013... https://www.tititudorancea.com/z/ies_china_coal_consumption.htm

We’re just lucky we’re a very small number of people spread thinly across a huge country - if our population was multiplied by the relevant factor of 60 how blue do you reckon our skies would be? How about we aim for best-practice rather than 1920s isolation?

So, are you saying that despite burning more coal than the rest of the world combined, China is a country that Australia should follow? If coal is really the devil the lefty looneys claim it is why aren’t they glueing themselves to the Chinese embassy?

Or, can we now expect that the next quiet change of language will go from Global Warming => Climate change => Pollution?

I agree that pollution is the problem that needs to be concentrated on, but that’s a totally different conversation to the fake construct of CO2 climate change BS, which is really just the usual hard left wealth redistribution Marxist crap for the new generation.

Actually I agree that China is moving faster than anyone else, AND it's not because the world is pressuring them, it is just them deciding that this is the way they will go and when they make the decision they don't have any lefty green morons standing in their way (they just run over them - literally!!)

Shanghai is still terrible for pollution but I'll bet it is clear within years if they decide to clear it up and no demonstrations will have been responsible

Having said that, I'd never live there because I don't like people controlling my life ..... hence the huge number of fines I receive :(
