Congratulations! You will enjoy it! Till date one of the best books ever published on the subject. Meanwhile, Lars' leather-bound edition nr. 081 found it's way to my little library.
Very long time since this list was updated. I currently owned Ferrari In Camera (465/1000). Blue (Cloth) Edition.
Ok, so... New list as per 03 June 2019! Finally, a 3th leather-bound came to the list. Till date NO issue of the 'Ferrari' edition. Would love to hear about the yellow edition which seems to be at Enzo Ferrari's house at Fiorano. #912 is currently available in the UK via Abe Books. It is described as being "from the personal library of Rob Widdows": https://www.abebooks.co.uk/servlet/SearchResults?isbn=9780952300915&n=100121503&cm_sp=mbc-_-ISBN-_-used #128 is available via Chaters and there is another one on Amazon.co.uk. I am not sure I have seen so many for sale at one time!
There's another coming up for auction at Bonhams FOS sale - 5 July 2019. #61/1000 Estimate £1200-1500 !!! It will be interesting to see what it achieves. Nathan
A lot of money but imho still worth it. If i had to keep just one Ferrari book this would the one. And if you compare quality of Ferrari in Camera to the new Taschen book £2040,- is just plain cheap...
I´m still looking for mint copy... Last year I got an offer of a member here, but unfortunately I didnt´t bought it.
Under the title of if you like that you love this... I was checking out a bit more about Ferrari in Camera and stumbled across the publishers website. They do some other really great titles too. https://www.palawan.co.uk/books/
I like them too. I've several books from them and they never disappoint me. My Palawan pile is still growing. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Amazing collection of Palawan books. I have a question about the "Ferrari In Camera" book. Does the standard edition was delivered in the yellow box and/or the blue slipcase?
The Standard edition was clothbound in a blue cloth slipcase. This is the limited leatherbound edition in a clamshell case. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Number 801, blue regular edition, has a place of honor in my collection. About half way through it. Not sure which is better: Goddard's photos or his narrative.
Number 35 from the leatherbound edition arrived! For me one of my holy grails! Happy!
