The difference between Hamster and Bottas is telling. No matter the talk of Bottas getting to terms with Hammy....the salary diff tells you how likely they think that of happening.
It sounds crazy that Leclerc is paid less than a 1/4 of what Vettel receives. Also, the pay gap between Verstappen and Albon at Red Bull, or Sainz and Norris at McLaren don't seem justified.
Rookie contracts are generally pretty cheap. If both keep performing as well as they are I think they'll land more money soon.
According to the Italian Motorsport magazine Max new salary is about 40 million euro a year. Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met FerrariChat
Well, Oprah makes $200MM a year. I’m also guessing most of you couldn’t make a lap in a F1 car without crashing, so a million or so sounds cheep. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
These lists come from paddock rumours and "insiders" while they might be in the ball park they aren't very accurate. Lewis was apparently on €50m last year so he got a pay cut for winning another title Here is Riccis contract, the insider said he was on US$27mill/year plus bonuses. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think Stroll had to accept a reduction in his pocket money to a meager $ 1m. since daddy Stroll decided to fund his F1 career.
Nico Hulkenburg is 1,84 m/6 ft. so lenght might not be the problem for most, those beers and BBQ's however…...
Compared to F1, I think most overpaid people are in other sports: football, soccer, basket ball, tennis, golf, etc ...
Hasn't won a championship since 2013 and still gets paid 42 mil? I hope he gets his a** kicked by Charles even more this year. So he can finally get the f*** out of Ferrari.
That pay is to have a former WDC accepting to drive a car that has no chance ;p (Kimi is not a great negociator so he gets far less for the same; on the other hand, Lewis does well since he gets even more for driving a car that helps him winning).
does this include or exclude their personal sponsor deals? Wasnt FA the highest overall earner for years because of all his sponsor deals?
https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/news/ferrari-expects-vettel-contract-talks-to-end-very-soon.1430/ shouldn't last long at all if they just say they don't want him next year
Vettel must know where the 'bodies' are hidden................its silly to keep him given cost alone.
