Something that jumped out at me on that - regular drinking of water: this is something few Chinese people do (it has been postulated for why throat cancer is most common among Asian people, aside from smoking). As far as the rest: breath hold 10 secs - check (big waves this week!) drink water regularly - check (glass on my desk -permanently) UV / vitamin D - check (refer waves comment ) stay above 27deg - trying, but the bloody sun keeps disappearing!

I agree. For one thing, it said that the virus is very large. A virus is what we doctors call: very, very small; so small, it could not possibly have made off with a whole leg.
