Starts fine cold but idles errartic and low. Never dies. 5-10 min car is idling good. Drives strong.

Checked fuel pressures and AAV function. I disconnected electrical plug from WUR as well as the air hose on top.

    System 70
    Cold Control 43
    Warm Control 60
    Residual 40@20 min

    AAV

    Open cold- see photo
Gets smaller after heated in oven
Almost completely closed in car when fuel pump running
    Show continuity
    Electrical connection get 11.8 v

In summary, it seems my WUR needs replacing/rebuilding. Control pressures are too high.

    What am I missing??

    Thanks. Charlie

WUR can be manually adjusted but it is a rough and ready approach. I followed some online instructions to make it adjustable which worked like a charm on my 911. First check the fine mesh filter on the inlet to the WUR is not blocked with debris.

I had a machinist friend do the necessary drilling as it requires more accuracy than I could get with my drill press. I have posted the diagram here before so you should be able to find it with a search.

If you are at some elevation (lower atmospheric pressure) that will raise the spec for the warm control pressure. See page 17 of this Service Bulletin 10-13 for the warm control pressure spec for the ...132 WUR.

Thanks for link. Following the graph, at my barometric pressure (1015 mbar) and temp 55 F, my cold control pressure should be between 22-29 psi. Warm control pressure is high as well. Should I try to rebuild myself?
