Back in the 70s and 80s, I was very active in the FCA.
I ran all the tech inspections in the Northeast region.
We often hooked up with a great bunch of guys and gals from Canada, mostly from the Toronto area.
We visited their events and they reciprocated.
Some of the names that come to mine are Peter Mackenzie-Sanders, Jerry Reckless, Norm Natress, Vito Scavone, Remo Ferri and Ernie Hennessy. (please excuse any spelling errors!)
So, are any of these guys still around and active?
They showed some real enthusiasm on the track.

Bob did you run the tech at the 1982 Mosport Ferrari event? Lots of interesting cars there including a CanAm Ferrari and lots of old street cars like the Daytona and 330 GTS plus Dino and some nice 308 models. One neat car was a glass 1976 308 GTB in silver. Not sure now if Manfred Lampe was there with his 512S. The CanAm Ferrari you could hear all around the track; an amazing sound. One of the American drivers drove up from Chapel Hill NC. Peter Mackenzie-Sanders had a black 1972 Daytona coupe. Ron Goldsack had a black carb BB 512. Remo Ferri is of course the Ontario Ferrari dealer. I don't think there are many Ferrari guys around from the 80's now still with an interest in the cars.

Hello, Worlds, thanks for the reply.
Yes, I did run tech for many years and also got to ride in and drive quite a variety of cars.
    275 GTB/4, 250 GTO, 250 LM, 275 GTB/C, many Daytonas, etc.
Do you remember the guy with the red Lusso? Totally race-prepared.
There was even a Lampredi engined Grand Prix car.
I drove my yellow 330 GTC but not much on the track.
See if you can dig up any more participants from that era.

Remo has gone on to create quite a dealership group. I would love to know more about what kinds of Ferraris were around in Toronto back in the day.

I thought it might be interesting to resurrect this thread.
Any additional information regarding the previous responses?
