Experimented or not the driver does not stop to overtake unwarned "innocent" guys, it's Russian roulette... This kind of video discredits more than serve us. I do commit high speed shots, but try to involve only myself (eventually my passenger...), and never overtake above about 160 kph.
On loads of Autobahns, the average speed of passenger cars is already 160km..... So it's not s stretch to overtake at 200km. Although going 320km is a bit of a stretch and I would really pick an empty pievce of road and time. But it is quite frequent regular passenger cars drive at 250km on the autobahn in day time and with traffic.
