Thanks very much. I have had a bit of a make over with the wheels, they looked good in gold on my superfast but not sure now I have had them done on the Cali T. Please click on the photo for the large version.
Guys, I didn’t want to start a new thread but I added these to my Cali yesterday and I really like them. They were a PITA to put on and Bill at Maranello helped mostly. I added CF shields and wheel caps. I’ll have better pics today while washing. Just wanted to post during morning coffee. BTW, I got them at myricambi.com from Dennis. Really cool guy to work with and He cuts deals. No BS guy. And, no, not a paid advertisement. Just sharing a good vendor since many suck. To het to the shield, you have to remove the wheel well covering and blindly unscrew the tiny screws.
^^Similar here. Went for the updated 4S MPS4S K2 (Ferrari) spec... 245/35R20 - front - date code: 9/19 285/35R20 - rear - date code: 8/19 Ordered them from Tire Rack. Installed them in January and have put 2.5 K miles on them. Great tire...T
Thanks. Post a pic a side shot of your car with the new wheels and tires when you can. My guy ordered me 21 fronts and 22 rear (325/25-22). I want to see what a 285/30/21 looks like on the Cali.
Sorry for the late reply. I have 315/30/21 on back and 255/30/21 on front. Michelin P4S. Great tires. Wheels are 21x11 rear and 21x9 front.
Thanks I see the 315 has the flat sidewall on a 11" wheel. My local shop ordered me 325/25/22 for the rear on 12' wide rims. I was worried about having enough sidewall to prevent a harsh ride but hopefully they got it right.
Well just an FYI...Modulare, the manufacturer of these wheels told me you can't go anything over 315 on a 22" wheel or you will get rubbing. What brand tire are you using?
They are getting me Pirelli P Zero. Hmm. I called Avant Garde and they said 325 was fine for the wheels I got. These are the things that can go bad, especially almost spending $10k. I ordered a set of wheels for my Drophead and ended up ordering a second set because I did not like the first set. Waste of money.
Yeah so much depends on the offset etc., hopefully you have no problems. Post some pics when you get them on.
