Yep same one. I have been tempted to have another crack at it. I think I must have rocks in my head to try again but I did give then my offer before which was rejected.
I'm shore when I first posted today it was over 300K. Ha went back to the post, yep $360K,looks like they actually want to sell it now!
Well we will see if they give me a call back once its sits on car sales again forever. They know my offer. I should really focus on restoring my 308 rather then spend money this OHOS
The Artcurial auction in Monaco last weekend I think sounds the bell for the beginning of the WuFlu asset price recession. Many interesting cars didn't make reserve, including a restored PF Coupe with a 550K euro estimate - not outrageous. At the uninteresting end of the scale, 2 delivery mileage Pistas didn't sell either. I hope the speculators who ordered them are sucking on debt. https://www.artcurial.com/en/sale-m1076-monaco-2020-artcurial-motorcars
This'd be a bit of fun @ $84K. https://www.artcurial.com/en/lot-1975-dino-308-gt4-preparee-rallye-m1076-651#popin-active Heaps of unsold WHAT! $39K! https://www.artcurial.com/en/lot-1968-morris-mini-moke-no-reserve-m1076-668

Yep, I estimated 250 to 260K all in for the 550k would have been a good result in the current market. But it is a relatively low km car in nice condition. The 365 GTC/4 bid at 480 + BP worked out to be 528K, which is nearly 100 k more than the silver RHD GTC/4 sold at Lloyds a month ago. Either the Lloyds car was cheap, or they should have taken the bid. Regardless the market for certain cars remains quite strong.

The museum car is 100% original, not in the slightest bit fuched with. Moreover, you could cosmetically restore it without changjng the paint or trim. That's very rare for a C4, cars that went through a long unloved period and were usually painted resale red like Greg's. The Lloyds car was restored, hence less desirable.
