Exciting from start to finish
Such an awesome race and SO happy for FM and PB for their podiums. SO sad for Rossi though. At least he has another chance next week in Italy.
No, I believe they've realised that the mortality risk is now well contained by treatment, for countries that have achieved a measure of herd immunity. The French CMO was interviewed a couple of weeks back and gave a very strong message that the country can go back to normal. No doubt you've seen the photos of cafes in Paris full of people again. I don't know why our govt is obsessed with infections, they know how to treat people now. Let's face it, we're 6 or more months away, if ever, from a working vaccine and can't afford to repeat the clumsy lockdown strategy.

42yo he'll be. What a legend. https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/945383/1/rossi-demanding-2021spec-motogp-yamaha-and-why-psrt-deal-one-year-only
Interesting race, not an edge of the seat but lots going on down the line. Pity about Rossi and the other Duke blokes,I don't get the multiple tyre degredation nowadays.

Man... Petrux is just the MAN in the wet! It's gotta be that extra weight he's carrying. (I'm pretty sure he's the heaviest guy in the paddock right now.) What an odd season. I know everyone's just waiting for MM to come back to "normalize" everything.... but I kinda prefer things the way they are, haha.

I just heard that because Valentino has COVID that he will be replaced at the next race by Nico Hulkenberg.
Uhuh..... Are you sure? https://au.sports.yahoo.com/motogp-valentino-rossi-girlfriend-visit-positive-virus-test-212813763.html “I am sad and angry because I did my best to respect the protocol, and although the test I had on Tuesday was negative, I self-isolated since my arrival from Le Mans (following the French Grand Prix at the weekend).”
