roma1280 used his F12 daily commuting into NYC. He had numerous posts showing him driving it in snow with snow tires. I think he put on ~30K miles doing so. You could reach out to him.
I am not sure about snow but it's fine in the rain, especially in wet mode. It dampens the throttle enough to keep it from being skittish. In the desert SW it makes a great daily.
I use mine as a daily driver in Hollywood/LosAngeles. I haven’t had any problems because of it. I listen to Sirius satellite radio mostly and the antenna sucks and drops out a bit. Satellite antennas in newer cars are much better. My wife has a bigger car for food shopping and things like that, but work and running errands the f12 has been great Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
I used my f12 as a daily driver (30k miles) until I replaced it with a SF. I live in NY and run with snows in the winter. The F12 can survive in light snow due to excellent traction control, but it is not a great idea. All that horsepower through 2 very wide wheels is at the limit of sensible. Braking was ok, but going required real care. I got caught in snow a few times, and headed home asap.
