    That's not a GTB part, I think it's aftermarket for the GT4 itself...

    A full restoration in 18 months is totally doable especially for a known quantity like a 308. In this case the term 'restoration' looks more like fresh paint, interior, and re-assembly. The real detail work that eats cubic hours does not look to have been part of this project.
