Use to track my Porsche’s a lot more. I had a 993 turbo and a 996 turbo, I would go to Grattan near my house great track, Mid-Ohio, Gingerman, IRP. Never made it to Road American would love to do that. When I raced Skip Barber I did a race at Laguna Seca and that was awesome!

After running a 1979 Formula March with Cosworth power (1995-1997) HSR,VSCDA, SVRA, I lost the urge to run my street cars on tracks. We re-painted our nose cones after 5-6 weekends and I found that track use was expensive on replacement racing parts. There is nothing else like running full speed at Road America heading into turn one but only braking at the 150 marker with wings and slicks. I ran my ZR1 at Michigan International and just did not get the same enjoyment. I earned my racing license at Laguna Seca and experienced the Cork Screw for 5 days which is one of the most memorable corners in the world.

I'm on track between 10-15 times a year.

I race a GT4 Clubsport on the WRL series, lots of test sessions with either my track focused street cars, or arrive & drive with radicals and other cars.

I'll track just about anything if you give me the keys, I always learn something whether it's a GT2RS or a civic.

Off roading is another passion ...

    I'll even drive 20mph on ice. :)

It’s a Praga R1T. It’s a blast to drive once you get used to the extreme turbo lag.

The aero is addictive. T1 at homestead is taken flat out at 150 mph.

They do but I can’t imagine driving it on the road. The cockpit is tiny and has a centre driving position. It feels like a fighter jet with the narrow canopy and overhead switches. Definitely not for anyone who’s claustrophobic.

Probably the best track in Southern California. Beautiful facility! Would love to have a place there. It is unfortunate that it is in California.

Very skilled driving. It is hard as heck to maintain direction on ice at all times! Very nice job!

I had my 458 on the track last year. Fastest car around the track there other than one pure race car.

I have tracked my 488 quite a few times, in a regular year it should be about 3 to 5 times a year, either with the FOC or in multi marques events (in which case most cars are Porsche, which are typically more track-focussed but have less power).
For two years I have also been tracking my Caterham, for which there are 6 race week-ends per year.

Do about 20 HPDE events a year, past two years mostly in Porsche products. Planning on running the GR Supra primarily this year, with maybe 2-3 days to see what the 458 can do.

I'll be racing this 488 Challenge next year. We will be at Sonoma and Laguna Seca in February then another 4 to 5 races depending on schedule. Should be a ton of fun.
