    Those stories make me happy.

Knowing they were enjoyed and not just 'huffed on' and diaper polished.

I bet you had quite the childhood surrounded by some of them too?

Got my 1st speeding ticket in the Muira returning from hockey practice on 95 north of Boston. Hockey bag and sticks in the front seat!
Tried to tell the State Trooper the speedo is on kms, not sure how fast I was going. He did not buy the story!

Wow only $30k 41 years ago. The prices went up like crazy the past 5 years. Recently a 275 GTB (s/n 08921) was auctioned by Gooding & Co for $3.080.000. This one of the last 275 built, but still amazing how valuable Ferraris become.

That may be from top of the market - but I think road going 250 SWB non Alloy cars were up there... and if you have any racing provenance ... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ I have not looked at the price guide in Cavallino lately... but certainly close to GTO's & 330P4's in prcing.

    $30MM for a 250SWB?

Got beat to beating you up ;)

    I don’t think they’re there or close.

I stand corrected. An alloy 250 3 carb is around $14M... with significant race history - Rob Walker etc... could be up in the $20M+ area.... from 2016 to now there has been an average 20% drop... I quick Hagarty check has alloy 250's at avg of $14M... Steel ones at $7M.

there are virtually no unknown 250's out there, so they will all have a "story" .... I have been lucky to drive one once... dream car for me.
