You are correct this car was 1st raced with a Bristol ,my apolgies again I was thinking of its model Type 43 or 51 or similar where early Coopers had Bristols like the Brabham car..
No Front engined Cooper bristols were not sports cars. This was the only rear engined one made for the 57/58 GP season. Originally raced by Bob Gerard..
